Numbers

Numbers is the fourth book of the Bible and recounts Israel’s journey through the wilderness on the way to the Promised Land. It records the censuses of the people, their struggles with faith and obedience, and God’s continued guidance despite their rebellion. Numbers shows both the consequences of disobedience and the mercy of God as He remains faithful to His covenant promises. It is a book of wandering, testing, and God’s steadfast leadership.
