Jeremiah

Jeremiah is the twenty-fourth book of the Bible and records the ministry of the prophet Jeremiah during Judah’s final years before exile. It contains warnings of coming judgment because of the people’s unfaithfulness, along with heartfelt calls to repentance. Jeremiah also speaks of God’s enduring love and the promise of a new covenant. It is a book of sorrow, perseverance, and hope in God’s restoring grace.
